I’m an Irish journalist working at The Australian Financial Review in Sydney, Australia.
Before that, I spent a decade working for BBC News in London, specialising in newsletters, technology and international news. I ran the BBC’s international technology newsletter, worked as a front page editor and senior journalist on the BBC News website. I wrote, edited, and delivered the top stories of the day for the world’s most-visited website.
I’ve been trained in radio, TV, and digital and used it all, delivering live radio hits to BBC domestic and World Service radio, a little on-screen work, and first and foremost working on digital platforms.
